Introducing our Executive Chef, Simon Sheehan

Simon Sheehan was classically trained at the most renowned catering establishment in the UK, London’s Westminster College. He then went on to work at some of London's most well know Restaurants.
From here he moved into working at some of the most elite country house hotels around Kent before moving out to New Zealand eight years ago. This is where his career has really blossomed, and held a variety of positions, from running one of Auckland's 5 star hotels to catering a private function for the All Blacks.
He then joined the ASB Showgrounds team in 2007, where he has gone from strength to strength.
